Once a project is completed, all materials produced by us in accordance with the agreed scope will become your sole property. We retain no copyright over the delivered content, granting you full rights to use and publish it freely.
Payment
Full upfront payment (100%) is required for all services listed on our website. Customers are responsible for any transaction fees and applicable taxes.
Revisions
We provide unlimited revisions if requested within 7 days of delivery (or 14 days in exceptional situations). Revision timelines depend on the urgency of your original order:

24–48-hour orders: revisions delivered within 48 hours

Orders over 48 hours: revisions delivered within 72 hours
Project Requirements
Project requirements will be clearly discussed and confirmed before work begins. Any disagreements will be addressed based on these agreed terms and standard industry practices.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund before your project begins. Once started, refunds will be issued minus any transaction fees. No refunds will be provided for discounted or promotional orders.
If you’re dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 5 days of completion. Refunds will be reviewed based on our inability to meet service expectations, despite offering unlimited revisions. Simply changing your mind is not grounds for a refund. No refund requests after 5 days will be honored and will be considered approval of the delivered work.
